There is a Laundry Room just off the kitchen with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron & Ironing board.	KITCHEN DINETTE The informal dining area provides a location for a quick meal and overlooks the pool area through patio doors. For the safety of your children all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with door alarms.
FORMAL DINING AREA The Formal Dining area is situated at the front of the villa. A great room to relax and enjoy a family meal after a day of swimming and enjoying the Florida sunshine around the pool.
