All the above rates include Local and State Taxes. Optional Pool & Spa heating is available at  £15 / $25 per day. Optional Spa heating only at £6 / $10 per day. Please note that stays of less than 7 nights incur a cleaning charge of £60 / $90. To secure a booking a deposit of £175 / $250 per week is required.  Balance of rental is due 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security bond of £200 / $300. Sorry, no pets or smoking in the villa.
